Reports

In the peach tree software u can also check your financial statements that u have done on the peach tree software. The statements include BALANCE SHEET, INCOME STATEMENTS, CASH FLOW, JOURNAL AND LEDGERS accounts.

After maintaining all records you will select the reports option on the top bar:

From the reports option we will select the financial statements and after selecting the following window will appearing:

On this window we can see our company’s financial statements if you want too se balance sheet then click on the balance sheet option the following window will be appear:

On the above window, select the time frame, time frame is current period that you want to see as on the above window. After selecting the time frame click on OK button the next window will be appear:

The above window shows the current period balance sheet here you can check you amount.

Design

We can also change the font size by clicking on design option that is give on the top bar:

When we click on design the following window will be appear:

When you right click on the window the some option will be appear:

You can change your statements font size by using the font option.

Convert into excel

We can also convert our statements into excel sheet select the excel option from the top bar:

When we will select the excel option the following window will be appear:

Click on the option of create a new Microsoft work book and then press OK.

After pressing the ok the data will be copy on the excel sheet:

General ledger accounts

We can also check general ledgers accounts on the peach tree software. Select the general ledger option and the following window will be appear:

We can also convert the general ledgers or any other report on excel by same procedure that is mentioned before.
